All our jewellery, gifts and accessories are supplied directly from our stock and in most cases sent by Royal Mail 24 ®, 98% of these orders are delivered next working day if orders are placed before 2.00pm Monday – Friday.
We offer a free shipping service to all addresses in the UK and International address.

How does it work?
Once you enter the payment card details the delivery address will default to the billing address. Please make sure you change it to the address, you want the parcel to be delivered to.
As our couriers are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm, we recommend you have the goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address. Also, the courier may require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the parcel.
In case you aren’t available at the time of the delivery of your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up, apart from Royal Mail 24 ®.
We make every effort to deliver your orders as soon as possible. However, you should please note that delivery times are for your guidance only and are subject to change due to unforeseen factors out of our hands such as severe weather conditions and postal strikes etc. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to my work addresses?
We deliver to the address of your choice. However, for security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person.
Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you supply us with the correct delivery address?
Please check and ensure you use the correct address for delivery. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address you may be charged for the re-delivery of your order.

Christmas delivery information?
The last day for delivery to make sure it arrives before Christmas is 17th December for standard delivery, 20th December for next day delivery and finally international delivery will be 10th December.

What happens to delivery times on Bank Holidays?
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

1st April – Easter Monday
6th May – Early May Bank Holiday
27th May – Spring Bank Holiday
26th August – Summer Bank Holiday
25th December – Christmas Day
26th December – Boxing Day

Sent by Royal Mail 24.
No minimum spend – just simple fast free delivery and available for all UK orders, delivered within 2-3 working days.

1st Class Delivery – £3.50
Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and available for all UK orders, which is a signed for service, delivered within 1-3 working days.

UK Next Day – £6.50
Sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which is a tracked and signed for service (Order by 2pm)
Delivered within 1-2 working days and available for all UK orders placed before 1pm to enable delivery by 1pm the next working day if ordered Monday – Friday.

UK Next Day – FREE
For UK orders over £110.00
Sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which is a tracked and signed for service (Order by 2pm)

Our communication to you on your delivery?

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
You can check the status of your order at any time in the ‘my orders’ section of the website, which will update with the Royal Mail® tracking reference.
You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website.
At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you’ve not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For standard delivery, if you have not received your parcel within 4 working days, please contact our customer services department.

Sadly no, we are an online retailer only. This keeps our overheads low, that allows us to provide the lowest prices possible to our customers. We offer a 24-hour online ordering service where all goods are dispatched directly to yourselves.
