It guarantees that you physically have the card when you order and ensures that fraudulent orders cannot be placed with your card number alone.
Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCodeTM
When you are entering your payment details on our website, a box will pop up giving you the option to register with either Verified by Visa (for Visa cards) or MasterCard® SecureCodeTM (for MasterCard and Maestro cards) or to sign into them if you have already registered.
We can not notify you why your card payments have been declined as the payment process involves both our system and your bank’s.
In the first place, you should double check you have entered all the details correctly.
Make sure that your card has not expired.
Did you enter the correct billing address at checkout, as it appears on your bank or credit statement.
If however your billing address is wrong it will cause your payment to fail. This is a security measure banks put in place to protect your security.
If all else fails then please try an alternative card for payment – we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Finding your card’s security code
On most credit and debit cards, this code is found on the reverse of your card. Take the last three digits of the number on your signature strip – that should be it. On American Express cards, look for a four-digit number on the front.
Verified by Visa & Mastercard SecureCode
If you’re having issues with your password for this, you’ll need to contact your card-issuing bank. We don’t have access to any of your account information for Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.
